I’m very excited to announce that I’ve been selected to participate in Theatre20’s Composium. Over the next eight months, I’ll be working alongside an impressive roster of young Canadian musical theatre creators, under the guidance of Leslie Arden, one of Canada’s finest musical theatre writers.

I’m even more excited to announce that I’m participating not just as a composer, but as a lyricist-composer — I’m really looking forward to honing those particular skills, in addition to continuing my growth as a musical theatre composer.

In May 2016, there will be a showcase of the Composium participants’ work — stay tuned for the official announcement. And I will be posting from time to time (in the Musings section), documenting my progress through the program, so be sure to come back and keep abreast of how it’s going.
